Rabbi Cutler was brought up in Mill Hill NW London, where his father was the Rov.
He was educated in the Hasmoneon Schools, followed by 3 years in Gateshead Yeshiva.
From there, he went to ארץ ישראל and learnt in Yeshiva and Kollel היכל התורה under Reb Zvi Kushulevsky שליט"אBefore joining the staff at YDS, he taught in local schools, Menorah Grammar School and Noam Primary School.
