Mr Berlin was brought up in London, United Kingdom.He went to Yeshiva and Kollel in Bnei Brak called Marbeh Torah.
He studied Model Design at the University of Hertfordshire. Mr Berlin has been teaching Design and Technology in several Schools in London for many years.
